He's 6'8", 240, and he's got no hair. Bull Shannon (whose real first name is Nostradamus) is as dimwitted as he is tall. Originally brought on a gruff, serious, and somewhat odd, Bull evolved, to put it lightly, into a big, wacky, loveable oaf. The bald bailiff has been struck by lightning, appeared on a game show, became a pro wrestler, and won a toupée. Whenever Bull makes a mistake (which is pretty often), he will reach is arm out and then loudly smack his hairless cranium. He's also known for his trademark "Oooo-Kay" catch phrase, also the last line ever said on the show.

Since "Night Court," Richard Moll (now with hair), has appeared in a variety of roles. Notably, Richard played what one critic called "the definitive Abraham Lincoln" in a stage production of the Lincoln-Douglas debates. In movies, Richard played Fred's pal Hoagie in the movie version of "The Flintstones," and also played the school principal in the movie "Casper Meets Wendy." More recently, he played the Drifter in the Nickelodeon series "100 Deeds of Eddie McDowd." Richard also happens to be the son-in-law of the late, great Milton Berle.
